By downloading, installing, or using the Digital Twin application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Digital Twin is an AI-powered companion app that:

- Learns about you through natural conversation

- Builds a personalized "Mind Map" of your life across 14 dimensions

- Matches you with compatible peers based on shared values, interests, and location

- Provides a gamified progression system with XP and levels

The App uses artificial intelligence models (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate responses and insights.

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

- All activity that occurs under your account

- Providing accurate and complete information

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the App to:

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

- Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

The App offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with additional features:

- Free: Access to core features, 3 knowledge verticals, and basic matching

- Pro: All 14 knowledge verticals, unlimited levels, advanced AI models, and enhanced matching

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Credit top-ups are consumable purchases and are non-refundable once used.

You acknowledge and agree that:

- AI responses are generated by third-party models and may contain inaccuracies

- The App is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)

- You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

- AI outputs do not represent our opinions or endorsements

- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses

The matching feature connects you with other users based on profile data, interests, and location:

- Match results are algorithmically generated and not guaranteed to be accurate

- You are responsible for your interactions with other users

- We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline

- Report inappropriate behaviour from a person's profile ("Report this person") or from the header of a conversation ("Report"). Reporting blocks that person by default; you can undo a block under Settings → Privacy & support → Blocked people

- We do not perform background checks on users

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

- You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App

- By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the service

- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- The App is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party service failures

- We are not liable for any harm resulting from interactions with other users

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

- Your right to use the App ceases immediately

- You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy

- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
