Digital Twin has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior. We are committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially minors. Any content, activity, or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

- Users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account

- Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent

- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misrepresent their age

- Account creation requires confirming you meet the minimum age

The following is strictly prohibited on Digital Twin:

- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children

- Sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

- Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors

- Sextortion or any form of coercion targeting minors

- Content that normalizes or promotes sexual activity involving minors

- Using the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation or trafficking

This applies to all areas of the App, including AI conversations, user profiles, matching features, and any shared content.

We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:

- AI conversation monitoring for harmful content patterns

- Automated content filtering and flagging systems

- Review of reported content by designated safety personnel

- Restrictions on sharing media content between users

- Proactive monitoring of matching features for age-inappropriate interactions

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, please report it immediately:

- In-app: Tap "Report this person" at the bottom of any profile, or "Report" in the header of a conversation. Choose "Child safety" as the reason — those reports are escalated immediately rather than queued. Reporting also blocks the person by default.

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. You can also report CSAM directly to:

- Your local law enforcement agency

When CSAE-related violations are identified, we take immediate action:

- Immediate account suspension and permanent ban

- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement

- Reporting to NCMEC and relevant authorities as required by law

- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

- Removal of all offending content

Enforcement actions are taken without prior notice and are not subject to appeal.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation:

- We comply with all applicable laws regarding mandatory reporting of CSAM

- We respond promptly to valid legal process and law enforcement requests

- We preserve account data and evidence when notified of an investigation

- We report identified CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by U.S. federal law

- Our team receives regular training on identifying and responding to CSAE

- These safety standards are reviewed and updated at least annually

- We continuously improve our detection and prevention systems

- We stay informed of evolving threats and best practices in child safety
